In the December 2009 issue I noted in an Editor’s Corner column that Judy Taylour of APCUG makes my editing job doable by collecting and disseminating an interesting batch of articles every couple of months.
Little did I know that in April I would hear from Judy that she and her group had dropped out of APCUG. She advised that someone else in APCUG would be picking up the mantle.
Having heard nothing from that person for a couple of months, I contacted him. Seems they are having all kinds of problems but that the articles would once again be coming in the not-to-distant future. Judy had indicated that she enjoyed her task and planned to continue doing it with non-APCUG content. I signed up to receive her articles.
All this should mean that I will have even more articles and reviews to choose from in putting together the CTPC newsletter each month.
I guess that means I’ll soldier on for a while longer.
